Vitamin E rich are vegetable oils, avocado, spinach, carrot, sunflower oil and seeds, wheat germ, nuts and whole grain products. Keep in mind that the products are unrefined and preferably organic.
Since vitamin E is fat-soluble, the body absorbs it best with foods containing at least some fat. However, when exposed to light, heat or air, vitamin E loses its effect. Therefore, it is recommended to store the food supplement in a dark and cool place.
The recommended amount is 1 oil capsule per day with a meal.
