KLORELLA PREMIUM - good algae for your body.
Chlorella (Chlorella pyrenoidosa) is a unicellular freshwater green algae that contains plenty of chlorophyll, proteins and vitamins, considerable iron and calciumand all eight amino acids, which the adult human body cannot synthesize by itself. The name chlorella comes from the high chlorophyll content (3-5%), which is more than any other plant in the world.
The composition of chlorella is amazing. Chlorella actively synthesizes proteins, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins. Therefore, the dry biomass of chlorella contains more than 50% protein, nearly 30% carbohydrates, 10% fats (80% polyunsaturated) and up to 10% minerals. Algae protein is represented by more than 40 amino acids, including, of course, all essential amino acids for humans. For comparison, animal or chicken meat contains almost 26% protein.
Chlorella also surprises with the content of other useful components. 1 g of seaweed dry matter contains: 1000-1600 mkg of provitamin A-carotene (10 times more than in rose hips or dried apricots).
Content in one gram:
A-carotene: up to 1600 mkg
