Persian blue salt is one of the rarest salts in the world. Its beautiful blue color comes from the mineral (sylvinite) contained in the salt crystals. At first, the strong taste later turns into a mild aftertaste. 

Due to the particularly high potassium (13%) content, a good substitute for heart problems.
