MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a sulfur compound.
This sulfur is present in the proteins of bones, joints, skin, nails and hair and practically in all cells. Unfortunately, due to food processing and long-term storage, the amount of sulfur previously obtained from food has significantly decreased, and based on various studies, more than 60% of people have a sulfur deficiency in the body, and it increases with age.
Start with smaller quantities. Up to 3 tablets or capsules per day with plenty of water, preferably half an hour before a meal.
MSM is made by Hanoju, a certified natural product manufacturer in Germany. Does not contain gluten and lactose.
