Melatonin -melatonin shortens the time it takes to fall asleep (beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed immediately before bedtime) and alleviates subjective complaints related to jet lag fatigue (beneficial effect is achieved with a minimum dose of 0.5 mg taken before bedtime on the first day of travel and the following few days after arrival at the destination).

Usage:recommended daily dose for adults 1-2 sprays a day in the mouth or on the inside of the cheek before going to bed. Shake before use!

Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature (not above 25°C) away from direct sunlight. Shelf life 6 months after first opening.
